You'll classify real HR scenarios, build your Data Safety Map, and draft your HR AI Direction Statement. Built for HR risk, not general business.

Day 3 (Friday 22 May, 2pm BST) — Decisions & Your Quick Win Plan

Real HR use cases - policies, employee comms, ER scenarios, recruitment support, manager briefings.

You'll pick one repeatable workflow, classify it for safety, build the prompt, test it live, and walk away with a Quick Win Plan you can implement the following Monday.

Plus an end-of-course HR Situation Challenge to test everything you've learned.
